Melt the Middle Health Challenge
WABW bloggers Yvonne Shinhoster Lamb and Mae Israel have taken up the challenge to trim their waistlines. They’ll modify their eating habits and exercise regularly, and they’ll measure their middles every Monday to track their progress.
