Being a Christian it has become apparent that we can't understand GOD'S plan for us. What we have done as a family is remember the good times and the awesome legacy that "Bill Bill" [we called him affectionately] that he has left behind. Bill has experienced in his short life many things some would not have experienced. Bill will always be remembered through my sister's efforts through a sport that he loved. I applaud my sister's effort to speak to many families on the use of senseless violence to solve any problem and the lasting effect it will have. Thanks DEDA [our nickname for Pat] for all you have done and will do through CHRIST who strengthens you and our family. We love you. Jakie, Your brother.
